key information for sellers:
Please contact us before booking if you are selling secondhand books, including charity stalls.
£15 fee for a 6ft X 3ft table. you are welcome to bring your own displays that fit these measurements, or if you would like to discuss a different-sized pitch please email verwoodbookfair@gmail.com to discuss with us. The fee is not refundable.
Please arrive at 8am to set up your stall. There is free parking in the memorial hall car park or in Potters Wheel car park opposite the venue.
Please make it clear on your stall if you cannot accept card payment.
We are open to businesses of all kinds including professional book sellers, publishers, independent authors, book accessory businesses, stationery creators and more. We may not accept your application if your products are AI-generated, including AI-generated art, books and content. Why? See here.
Please make sure you have your own public liability insurance as required.
Finding the venue:
Join us at the Memorial Hall in Verwood, Dorset on Saturday 18th October. Set up from 8-9am, buyers arrive from 9-12.30.
